Another Chinese smartphone that stands out from the crowd of other brethren, perhaps only quite attractive appearance, the presence of two cameras (one of which has autofocus) and a relatively capacious battery. The cost of ZTE Blade G Lux (strange name) will be less than 4,000 rubles, and we will have the device in October (white at the very beginning of October, black - closer to mid-October).

Design, dimensions, controls

Devices of this class almost always look the same inexpressive: black plastic, an abundance of gloss, fist-thick and so on. Oddly enough, but ZTE Blade G Lux differs from them for the better. The developers have tried to make G Lux not only cute, but also pleasant to use.


The thickness of the case is 9.1 mm, but in real life the device lies perfectly in the hand, and it seems that the gadget is much thinner, apparently due to the fact that to the edges back cover becomes smaller. Dimensions - 132x66x9.1 mm, and weight - 136 grams.


The sharply smoothed corners of ZTE look original. I don’t know about you, but the device reminds me of a racing car. Interestingly executed touch buttons: in the center - large round, and along the edges - small, they are highlighted in blue.

Semi-glossy plastic and soft-touch coating (cover) are used. The assembled ZTE is excellent, nothing creaks and no backlash, the back side does not bend to the battery.

The front side is glass with an oleophobic layer, fingerprints are almost invisible, the finger glides well. During testing, one shallow scratch appeared on the screen.


Speaker for speech output, "selfie" camera, light and proximity sensors, as well as an indicator of missed events are located on the front of the device.
